Get fill subdomain if have subdomain them fill and accept terms of services

Get use site key and Secret key  in your website:

Next :-

Get configure recaptcha

Click on config key

fill site key and secret key and click on save button

next open contact form

next is click on recaptch option tag

and click save button 

Next copy shortcode of form

Next paste shortcode in editor and click on publish and run your page
